The Uni-President International Tower is a landmark skyscraper situated at 9 Songgao Road in Taipei's prestigious Xinyi Commercial Zone. Completed in 2004 and designed by renowned Japanese architect Kenzo Tange, the building rises 30 floors above ground with 7 basement levels, reaching a height of 154 meters. Originally planned as a 44-story diamond-shaped tower, its height was reduced due to Songshan Airport flight path restrictions. The building features a distinctive ring-trapezoid structural design at its crown.

In terms of connectivity, the tower enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Taipei's financial district. It is approximately a 4-minute walk to Taipei City Hall Station on the Taipei Metro Bannan Line (Blue Line), providing direct access to the city's major commercial hubs. The building is also well-served by numerous city bus routes and is adjacent to major thoroughfares including Zhongxiao East Road and Songgao Road.

Regarding tenant mix, the tower functions as a premier Grade A office building with retail components on lower levels. Major office tenants include Qualcomm, Garena, Eli Lilly and Company (Taiwan), Panasonic, ADATA Technology, and the Taipei branches of Uni-President Enterprises. The building also houses foreign representative offices including the Australian Office and the British Office Taipei. The lower levels (B2-6) originally housed the Eslite Xinyi flagship bookstore until December 2023, and have since been redeveloped by the Uni-President Group into "Dream Plaza," which opened in July 2025 as an extension of Uni-President Department Store Taipei.
