GT Tower International is a 47-storey Grade A office skyscraper located at the corner of Ayala Avenue and H.V. Dela Costa Street in Makati City's Central Business District. Completed in 2001 and formally inaugurated in 2004, the tower is named after George S.K. Ty, the founder of the Metrobank Group and Group Chairman of Federal Land, Inc., which developed the property. Standing at 217.3 meters (712.9 feet) including its antenna spire, it is recognized as one of the tallest buildings in the Philippines and features a distinctive 10-storey vertical fin that crowns its silhouette, making it an instantly recognizable landmark on the Makati skyline. The building was designed by Philippine architectural firms GF & Partners Architects and Gozar Planners Philippines, in collaboration with internationally renowned Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates as design consultant.
