Daibiru Main Building (Daibiru Honkan) is a 22-storey, 108-metre-tall office skyscraper completed in February 2013, located on Nakanoshima Island between the Dojima and Tosabori rivers in Osaka's Kita Ward . The building is a remarkable architectural achievement that preserves the legacy of its predecessor—the original Daibiru Building designed by renowned architect Watanabe Setsu and completed in 1925 . Approximately 150,000 bricks salvaged from the demolished original structure were painstakingly reused on the lower exterior, while the two-storey entrance hall retains original floor tiles, brass railings, and restored plaster reliefs, creating a harmonious blend of Taisho-era Neoromanesque craftsmanship and modern glass tower design .
In terms of connectivity, the building is just a 1-minute walk from Watanabebashi Station on the Keihan Nakanoshima Line, and a 6-minute walk from Higobashi Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line . Fukushima Station (JR Osaka Loop Line) is 8 minutes away, while Kitashinchi and Yodoyabashi stations are within 10–11 minutes on foot .
