Opened in 2018, the project is located on the 11th floor of the Guangzhou International Finance Center in Tianhe CBD. Through scientific planning and design, it breaks away from the traditional office building layout, offering stunning views of the Guangzhou CBD skyline and creating an "urban living room" integrating business offices with leisure and social spaces. In 2021, it was successfully listed as part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Overseas Returnee Youth Talent Service Hub project, integrating resources from various government agencies and enterprises to systematically provide one-stop services for overseas returnees.

Guangzhou International Finance Centre (Guangzhou IFC), also known as Guangzhou West Tower, is a landmark mixed-use skyscraper located at 5 Zhujiang West Road in the Zhujiang New Town CBD, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. Designed by British architectural firm Wilkinson Eyre with structural engineering by Arup, the building's design concept is "transparent crystal," featuring a distinctive diagrid structure with a fully glazed curtain wall system. Completed in 2010, the tower rises 440 meters with 103 floors above ground and 4 basement levels, making it one of the world's tallest buildings.

The complex offers exceptional connectivity, situated at the intersection of Guangzhou's core business district and city axis. It is served by Metro Lines 3 and 5, as well as the APM system, providing convenient access to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (45 minutes), Guangzhou South Railway Station (40 minutes), and Pazhou Exhibition Area (15 minutes).

The tenant mix is comprehensive, integrating office, hotel, retail, and residential functions. The office tower occupies floors 4-66 with 268,000 sqm of Grade A office space, housing multinational corporations including Bank of America, Societe Generale, and the British Consulate. The retail podium, Guangzhou IFC Mall, spans 47,000 sqm across six floors with 98.3% occupancy. Floors 67-100 house the Five-Star Four Seasons Hotel with 344 rooms and an impressive sky lobby spanning floors 70-100. The adjacent 28-story annex features 314 luxury serviced apartments managed by Ascott.
